Cisco VPN Client 4.01 (Rel) problems connecting to Cisc o 2612 IOS Router.

I believe the following two lines are stopping the connection
continueing.

Encryption algorithm offered does not match policy!
Hash algorithm offered does not match policy

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I have searched through a lot of the cisco site looking at all sorts
of configurations, but none seem to point out whta this error is
caused by and how to resolve it.

Cisco dropped support for DES/SHA on or about v3.6. Try another
combination.

Have tried different combinations of this. Still getting the same debug info.
