    I have a point to multipoint 802.1q trunk happening. I have a centeralized
    Cisco Catalyst 6500 using port 3/9 as a 802.1q trunk to a ASX-1200 marconi
    switch. I have a number of vlans added to the trunk & we have spvc's
    created for the vlans to drop to remote locations. We are currently using
    vlan 100 as the native vlan for the 802.1q trunk. On the far side of the
    trunks are 2950 switches running 802.1q into asx-200's.

    6500 --------------> asx-1200----------asx-200<---------------------2960

    Our problem, Vlans are extened and working correctly but we don't have
    spanning tree working over the layer two extension.

    I guess we are wondering what options should we changed for tagged and
    untagged traffic? how does the tagged vlans, untagged vlans & cisco native
    vlan have to be confgured on the marconi siide to provide seamless stp
    traffic?
