    Hi Guys,

Does anybody know to tell if the analog modems in a cisco2620 is working
properly? The modems just stop won't pick up the calls, the phone lines are
working properly. I'm suspecting the hardware as the configuration has not
    changed in 2 years.

    Any help is appreciated.

(assuming it's an analog modem) reverse telnet to the modem line and
    issue the pertinent AT commands.
