Cannot see Content.IE5 folder

    I am running xp home. I only have one user account (Mine) If I click on
    Documents and settings\"My Name"\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files,
    and click properties, I can see how many folders are there, but there is no
    + to expand and see the folders. I can view them in Nero or other programs
    (They are not hidden) If I start my pc from another drive, I can clearly see
    them (and delete them) They are then automatically re created by IE. Anyone
    any ide why they cannot be seen on my logon (Only me making me the
    administrator) I can see the file under Documents and
    settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
