can I uninstall wmfhitfix.dll after windows patch?

    I ran hijackthis and saw the Ilfak Guilfanov's wmf hot fix is running.
    Shortly after I installed this, Windows XP installed a new patch which I
    assume was the security to fix the wmf bug.

    Can I now uninstall the wmfhotfix.dll?

    I wouldn't assume that MS did anything to fix the bug. If nothing bad is
    happening, I'd leave it alone.
