My problem is I think, related to the config of the above. It works fine but
having loaded the browser for mail etc., the following fault is generated
which makes the PC run very slow. The problem is diagnosed by 'Norton' as
"Missing or Invalid ActiveX/com SubKey entry, the key "CLSID etc--.

The fault is cleared by deletion of the invalid registry entry key - by
Norton Utilities, no way am I going into the registry.

Everything is fine until I enter the bt browser when the fault is replaced.
I have the disc, but don't want to erase and re-install as I will lose some
    of my settings.

    Help please.
