She walked away alive. And I didn't hear about his woman complaining about
she couldn't get any from him anymore and she couldn't get satisfaction and
was looking elsewhere. The old boy didn't know what to do with the young
*Ho*, which he should have turned her out in the streets of England. He's
got some Old Henry in him don't he? She would have been more than satisfied.

Now, the old boy has got the *dog* Carmilla in tow and he's happy. The old
boy had a young big time freak in the bed and kicked her to the side of the
    curb. ;-)

    Hiya Aardvark.

I think us Celts are very forgiving of an honest mistake :)

There you go proving that Americans have little or no geographical
knowledge. The Falklands are not in South America. They are in the South
Atlantic hundreds of miles from the South American coast.

Further, in 1982 at the time of the war, everyone who lived on the
Falklands were descended from British settlers, spoke English with an
    English accent and were British.

And as I recall, your War of Independence was in the 1770's. That's the
late 1700's in anybody's money, don't you think?

The English did at one time Roger. They executed Charles I in 1649.

  7. Who cares about it? It was 20 some years ago on the TV, with England
trying to be John Wayne. You had no business there wherever it was
trying to save your last stinking part of the crumbled empire that the
    Sun sat on. :)

  8. I think it was in reference to the house burning in 18 hundred and
something as to why the house was painted white, which it was white
    before that.

to someone and let it slip away. ;-)

The only kings my people ever had were warrior kings and clan chiefs over
a thousand years ago Duane. My country kicked the British out in 1919 and
has been a republic ever since (in all but name for some of that time).

By the same process that led to most of South America 'belonging' to
Portugal or Spain, and most of North America 'belonging' to the USA.
Ummm, actually, the islands seem to have been un-inhabited until Europeans
started to use them as a base for exploration or whaling and sealing.
The people living on the islands had a clearly expressed wish to be and
remain 'British', and the British government supported that wish. There
also happens to be a strong commercial incentive, in the form of possible
oil reserves and fishing 'rights', so we can expect the USA to take an
    interest sooner or later.

No government can afford to allow a foreign power to invade its territory
without reacting strongly. Proximity has never had anything to do with
    it.

General Galtieri had his own pressing reasons for diverting attention away
from his mis-deeds at home, and a 'patriotic war' is often used for such
purposes. That one misfired very badly for him; such actions usually do
    end badly.

'England' (along with Scotland, Wales, and Ireland) did, in 1649. Then
saw sense and asked them back in 1660. (A Scottish Royal family, as it
    happens).

    Hiya K-Hen-Butt-Kicker.

Sick of the Duane persona? ;)

I know you and the other xenophobe aren't the same because you're on a
Cincinatti dial-up and he's on an Atlanta dial-up but you are Duane
    AICMFP/D ;)

  16. WTF are you talking about? Oh, let me guess this must be about one of my
impersonators. I'll give you that I am in Dayton at the moment and I
wouldn't step foot in the chicken-shit Cincinatti area.

I got relatives in Atlanta but I myself have never been to Atlanta.

This is Duane all day, week, month, year, and decades long.

Hey, let me take a shit so you can pick it and you can tell me what I
eat for breakfast this morning. ;-)

    death.
