In Windows XP when I run a scan for and attempt to recovery of bad sectors,
I can't seem to find a way to find out if it found any bad sectors or if
there are currently any bad sectors on the hard drive right now. Any ideas
on how to make a report or something like that from chkdsk or something
    else in WinXP.

all you need to is run chkdsk
if there is anything wrong...it will be reported.

    for file system errors

    run chkdsk /f

then you will need to reboot
