I play mp3's in winamp usually but audio problems also occur in windows media player. Also consistant in both firefox and IE. Hiccups and glitch noises primarly occur when using a search engine or when the a page is beginning to load and continues until it is done loading. My hunch is it might be a problem with either the ethernet card or graphics card as the drivers aren't reliable because I'm running Win7 RC but device manager says all the devices are "functioning properly". If any additional information is required just let me know.
