are there any BT utilities to list the torrents hosted by a tracker?

The situation is that I have a .torrent file for part 2 of a set of 2.
The torrent is still active with one seed and several peers, and I am close
    to becoming a seed myself.
However, I don't have the .torrent for part 1 of 2, and I don't know where
to find it. - I would be happy to bet that that torrent is active too.

What am hoping is that there is some kind of utility for me to interrogate
the tracker and get some more information in order to find or make the
    ..torrent file.

    Any thoughts?

Just type the Announce URL of the file you have into a web browser. Many
trackers will recognize what's going on, and redirect you to the proper
page. If your client won't tell you the announce URL (Azureus will,
BitTornado probably does), just open the torrent in notepad. In amongst
the garbage will be a URL, probably of the form

    In Usenet post: [email protected],
Hop-Frog went on and on and on:
This one doesn't recognise it but I have been able to work out the correct
    web address.
Now I have to register, it appears :(
    Thanks for the suggestion....
