Application Error: "This application cannot run" CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Dark Motive

    I get the message, with a big red X, when I try to run CSI: Crime Scene
    Investigation, Dark Motives, Ubisoft:

    "Application Error

    This application cannot run"

    I have a Dell Dimension 8200

    XP version 2002 Service Pack 2
    Pentium(R) 4, 2.00 GHZ, 256 MB of Ram
    NVIDIA GeForce 3

    HP DVD Writer 200j and _NEC NR-7800A
    30.4 GB free space
