Always getting a message before turning off the computer

    When I turn off my computer I get a message " End Program - Rundll32.exe,
    this program not responding to return to Windows and check the status
    of the program click cancel ect.." Why is this coming always up?
    How to stop it? Thanks Feri
    OS WindowsXP Pro.
