    Can any one tell me why these are removed or flagged in my Host file..?

    harmless, infact beneficial, ad disabling.

    it stops your computer from accessing those hosts

    No its removed them from my Host file...???

    It's probably just looking at the host names and not what IP address you
    have them pointing to. 127.0.0.1 is ok, but some scrumware or data-miner
    may have added entries redirecting ad requests to their own servers.

    So I agree you have a false positive, and are using some kind of scanner
    that is too aggressive.
