Acronis True Image 7 won't run

    I installed the 7.0 (upgrade). It will not run.

    I can't uninstall it using Add/Remove programs, or the True Image Uninstall
    utility.

    Tech support tells me they are "working on the problem" (for 10 days) and
    says no one else has encountered it.

    Have others had this problem and fixed it? If so, can you tell me what
    worked for you?

    Does anyone else have suggestions?
