  1. Can anyone help me prevent a User Account from getting locked out ever
again? We have a server machine that keeps locking itself out and causing
problems for all our users when they try to login to the server. It is very
annoying! There has to be something I can do to prevent it from getting
locked out in Active Directory. Please help!!!

Take a look at Account Lockout Examiner ( This tool
will help you determine the reason for account lockout (invalid
logons, cached password in scheduled task, service, etc.).
