Hello all.. I'm new to the board and currently just starting to study for these certifications, I do not currently work in IT but I do have knowledge of computers and some troubleshooting. I wanted to see if anyone knew of a video training resource that I can use along with the training books. Not looking for practice exams but a video training guide.
