4006 port with LED out

    I have a 4006, with two ports that have no color lit on the LED (no
    green, no orange). I perform a 'shut', no change. 'no shut', no change.
    So, I'm trying to figure out 1. what's wrong, and 2. if there's a way I
    can basically reset that port.

    I've found the clear interface command, which says it "resets the
    hardware logic". Given that that's not exactly a detailed description,
    I'm hesitant to do it.

    Any ideas?
