    Hi,

    Is it possible for a mica modem to dial-out over bri ?

    We've got 8 BRI --> 8B-S/T

    So far, it's not a success :

    %CALLRECORD-3-MICA_TERSE_CALL_FAILED_REC: DS0 slot/contr/chan=1/0/0,
    slot/port=2/15, call_id=88, calli
    ng=556121891, called=2021, time=239, finl-state=CALL_SETUP,
    disc(modem)=7F05 Condition occurred during call setu
    p/Requested by host/host couldn't access network (ISDN - etc)

    any hints, links would be truly appreciated

    cheers,

  5. Configuring Modem Connectivity with a Cisco 3640 BRI
    http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/bri_3640.html

    Modem over ISDN BRI for the Cisco 3640 Router
    http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/120newft/120t/120t3/3600mbri.htm

    My guess is maybe you don't have the right
    BRI hardware.

    If you do have the right hardware (use "show diag" to
    make sure), then turn on some debugs:

    conf term
    service timestamp debug date msec
    end

    debug modem
    debug csm modem ! "modem csm"?
    debug isdn q931

    Attempt a dialout, see what happens.
