I upgraded a 3640 with an external flash card in slot0, tftp'd a new IOS to
the card with no problems, but when I edit the config to boot from the new
image I get the following response...
    *****************************************************************
    %SYS-6-READ_BOOTFILE_FAIL: flash:c3640-is-mz.122-15.T14.bin File boot
    failed -- File not accessible.

%SYS-6-BOOT_MESSAGES: Messages above this line are from the boot loader.

%CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 1/0, changed state to up
%CSM-5-PRI: add ISDN at slot 1, unit 0, channel 15 with index 0
boot of "c3640-is-mz.122-15.T14.bin" using boot helper
    "flash:c3640-i-mz.122-5a.bin" failed
error returned: File boot failed -- File not accessible
loadprog: error - on file open
    boot: cannot load "c3640-is-mz.122-15.T14.bin"
    *****************************************************************
From the above output you can see I'm upgrading from v12.2(5a) (IP only) to
    12.2(15)T14 (IP plus).

Will I have to upgrade the boot image on the device to get this working???

    sh ver output is below...

Looks like it's booting from flash instead of slot0. Please post your
    config.

Sorry...I don't have it to hand...

    I added the command

    boot system flash <ImageName>

There were no options for "boot system slot0"
