Cisco 2620 router with a WIC-1-BU (ISDN BRI interface WIC module). One
ISDN line. Can this device accept analog modem calls, such as v.34
from a regular analog modem? 3com has some devices that do this, but I
am not sure what is going on in the background. Does ISDN device
transfer calls to an onboard analog modem?

    thanks,

No - not to the ISDN interface - only to the AUX port.
