After installing Windows 7, I've found that accounts with usernames
containg either æ,ø or å can no longer log on via wireless. The same
accounts log on fine from XP, Mac, Smartphones etc. In the log on the
IAS server shows that a test-account ÆØÅ sends its username as
<DOMAIN>\æøå was denied access. Is there a fix to make Windows 7 send
    the correct username?

Setup is Windows Server 2003 as IAS, WPA-Enterprise, TKIP and MS-CHAPv2
