I sent a message to help @ xtra and received an automated reply.
A couple of weeks later I replied to that, askiing when I would get a
non-automated reply. I got an automated reply that was put in Xtra's
    spam folder.
Can someone at Xtra please sort out their spam checking?
Xtra's spam checking used to be very good. Now it is really bad.

Xtra probably won't see requests posted here.
Xtra ditched their usenet news server 16 months ago.
