XP to 98 Infrared Question

  1. Hello! I'm trying to send some files from my Win XP SP2 laptop to my older
Win 98 laptop via wireless link (infrared). I can send files from the Win 98
machine to the XP machine without a problem, but whenever I try to send a
file from the XP machine to the 98 machine, I get an error: "File was not
sent because an error occurred while Wireless Link was sending data to the
other machine. The data is invalid." I can send files from the XP machine to
my PDA, it's just the 98 machine that it doesn't like.
    Any suggestions?
