I have done a fresh setup of Windows XP SP2 and installed a number of
applications and find that Suspend to RAM is not reliable. It will
STR, but upon resuming the monitor usually remains blank. The
monitor's specific INF/driver is installed (WHQL) and I have tried the
latest two graphics drivers. One of those graphics drivers, at least,
and all the same hardware had no such issue under Windows 2000 SP4.
CMOS settings remain the same also. The HAL is correctly installed as
"ACPI Multiprocessor PC" (P4 HT). There are no conflicts or other
errors in Device Mangager or suspect system or application events in
Event Viewer. I would appreciate any suggestions for solving or
    troubleshooting.
