    I have a question:

I have Win 98 / 2nd Addition, on an older PIII that is about 3 years old. I
am thinking of buying XP Office for it. This is fairly expensive, but worth
the results for me. At present, I may also upgrade the machine's operating
system to XP Home addition as well.

But, for the present, if I want to install XP Office on a Win98 machine P
III, 770 mHz, 256 mb RAM, will it work properly, or will I have some
problems with this combination? I was also told that the installation disk
may do some Win98 upgrades of some type.

If I can get away with using 98 on this machine, I may stay like this for
the time being. I would see more value in installing XP-Home or even the
Pro addition on a new machine.
