x64 networking part duex

I ran the "network setup wizard" and my win2kpro machine can now see
the x64 machine. I am no longer asked for a password to log into the
X64 machine from the win2kpro machine. I can see the shared folders,
but when I try to access one, I get a message that the file is not
accessable and "Not enough server storage is available to process the
command." To be totally clear, this message appears on the win2kpro
    machine.

Any ideas (besides upgrading the OS on my notebook, which I have no
    plans of doing).
