x64 bit OS generates Event ID 1060

    I have downloaded and installed some software. After rebooting, It is
    generating the Event ID Error 1060 in Event Viewer that descriptions is
    given below.

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: Application Popup
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 1060
    Date: 1/20/2006
    Time: 12:04:27 PM
    User: N/A
    Computer: MAHIM
    Description:
    \??\C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\SIC\SIC2\tm has been
    blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact
    your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

    Could any body help what is this error? and what is this drivers? is there
    any harm with this error and it will create any problem for that
    application?

    It sounds like the software is probably 16bit and therefore won't load on a
    64bit system, thjis is just a guess of course, what is the software itself?

    That's incorrect. If it is 16-bit it won't get this far. This problem is
    caused by trying to load a 32-bit driver.

    As the message says, contact the vendor of the software in question
    because no-one else can fix it.
