  1. hi.when i connect my laptop to the internet via my lan connection i've got no
problem with my internet connection or viewing any webpages. when i try to
connect to any website using my wireless connection i cannot access any
    webpage.
i've turned off my firewalls on both windows and norton and still nothing is
working. i've contacted symantec support and they went through step by step
instructions.the result is that it's not my norton.my wireless connection is
connected, status is good, signal is excellent, but still all webpages is
"unavailable". my wireless connection is working fine according to me because
i use my wifi enabled mobile and it's working perfectly. can somebody please
    assist.
