WinXP Shutdown error message?

    Hi all , on shutting down my machine (using Winxp Pro) I very briefly see an
    error massage but its too fast to see what it is, how can I slow this down
    or otherwise find out what it is?

    Computer Management> Event viewer
    Most likely, there will be an entry that shows you the error message.
