I have Windows Updates set to automatically install critical updates. I have
just looked at my installation history and noticed that 'Microsoft Windows
Installer 3.1' was installed on the 13th April (Source: Automatic Updates)
and again on the 18th May (Source: Windows Update Website). I am not sure if
it was supposed to be, but it doesn't seem to have upset anything in the
running of my PC. Has anyone else got it installed twice on their PC?

Try dash dash space Enter, and whatever dumb thing you want to say on
the next line. Try to change it from time to time. And please don't
    enable the troll neville.

Installer 3.1 gets updated periodically to include more applications and
stuff like that. MS delivers these updates via WinUpdt. No big deal to
let it install. It overwrites the old version.
