Windows Task Manager

    How do I go about to reduce my CPU percent (%) useage in Windows Task
    Manager?
    At this very time I have 17% - 29% useage.
    I was told thru a tech call that this useage should be 7% or less.
    My processes is not at 53.

    7%! Far to high.
