Windows Security Update

    I got an alert on one of my systems that a security Update was
    available. I would guess it's for the problems discussed a few days ago.

    I didn't copy all the info for XP Home & Pro, but did get all of it for x64:


    Security Update for Windows XP (KB912919)

    Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB912919)
    Date last published: 1/5/2006
    Download size: 1.1 MB


    This is so new you can't search for it yet.

    Check, same here on a fresh XP Home. It's been released!! (got it
    through microsoft update not windows update)

  3. It is marked as "high priority" on Windows Update.
