I am building a new PC and want to do multi-booting with DOS and Windows XP.
I have heard wonders about NT 3.51, that it is in effect a full 32-bit OS
yet it looks and feels like Windows 3.11. I am trying to decide whether I
should use NT 3.51 over Windows for Workgroups 3.11. Aside from the obvious
16/32 bit difference, are there any advantages of 3.51 over 3.11 (I have
learned the hard way not to go only by version number)? Is NT easier to
connect to the internet through Ethernet? Are there any major differences
between the two? Can I use it like a stand-alone PC but still get on the
internet like normal? Thanks in advance for any help, it is
    much-appreciated!
