When you click on start | help you get this message right?
    hcp://system/undefined is online.

No problem. You have been using "easy cleaner" from www.toniarts.com.
Due to a bug in the program, EC eliminates a set of keys needed by windows
    to run the help file.
    http://www.toniarts.com/dwnloads.htm
Scroll down to where it shows "fixwinmehelp.reg" and click on one of the two
    download sites.
if you're running xp, use the xp version.
Double click the file to install.

Save the file in a folder where you can remember where it is.
You may need to run it after you run EC in the future.
But if you know dos, you could write a line of code in the autoexec.bat file
to do it for you every time you boot up.

There is no need to keep running the 'fix' each time. Read the
FAQ page on Toni's site. There is also a beta version, where
    this problem has been fixed.
