Windows Explorer right pane - repair directory icon behavior

    While trying to change the default icon for folders/directories, the "open folder" function was lost for folders/directories in the right pane of Windows Explorer. Clicking on a folder/directory in the right pane runs cmd.exe and opens a command line window, instead of opening the subdirectory as it did before. This happened once before and I forgot how I fixed it.
