Windows error message msvcr71.dll

  1. Hi all

    Would someone please help me i first have sasser.exe virus i downloaded patch and removed
    then installed AV & Firewall, systems was very slow i uninstalled various old programs to free up memor
    Now i am getting error message no access application failed because msvcr71.dll not found re-install
    may fix problem

    I cannot re-install as i do not know from which program this shared dll file is from, i cannot acces my brodba
    internet through AOL now either, i am also getting alerts of spyware, diallers and virus since i installed A

    What can i do to rectify?

    get a real internet provider
