I finally got around to installing windows7 home premium 64bit at the
weekend. It installed fine and is running most of my software except a few
games where the installer fails but my main issues are with the playback of
video which seems to be a bit out of sync.

I have installed the latest 64bit version of my amd 4600series graphics
card that I can find but it is still a bit out of sync.

    Can anyone suggest a fix.

    Hi,
You ATI card is not certainly meant for high end gaming.
Maybe you should try to lower down resolution and other settings.
