Can I take the window xp pro certification without taking the rest of the

material and take test taking facilities..??? Thanks in advance.

    Have you checked http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/default.asp ?

There are three exams that deal with xp so I'm not sure what you're
referring to but look at 70-271, 70-272 which are the two tests required for
MCDST and look at 70-270 which is part of the MCSA 2003 track.
