Initially i booted XP over win98 but then decided to have two OS.
I wind up with error messages stating I am missing some norton files, which
I had deleted. Apparently did not delete properly, hence the nuisance error
    message, enter key bypasses.
How do i get rid of the rror message, I surmise it is result of some init
    file.
Otherwise system works Ok for both OS.
    Thank you,

you might want to just reinstall the utility
then properly uninstall it through the control panel
    under add/remove programs
