Win 98 issues with Pentium IV

    Someone posting over at Annoyances.Org in the Windows 98 section said that
    he learned that the sound problems he was having was due to "issues" that
    arise between 98 and a Pentium 4 rated at 2.0 ghz or higher.
    I hadn't heard about this though I will admit to certainly not being an
    advanced techie.
