I just purchased a Digital Optics .5x wide angle lens for my Sony dsc-f707.
The specs page of the sony manual say it's 38-190mm when converted to a 35mm
still camera. So... if my thinking is right a .5x adapter should make it a
35mm equivalent of 19-95mm. When I compare the view to my 19-50mm SLR 35mm
camera (set to 19mm) it doesn't seem to be as wide as 19mm. I'm I missing
    something?

    TIA
