    Hello everyone,

I have a Cisco 2610XM with WIC-2AM. In our lab I tested analog dial-in and
callback with external analog line and it was working. At the customer site
analog line goes through PBX and to WIC-2AM. When I do reverse telnet to
modem, I can call from it (strings ATX3 and ATDTxxxxxx), but I cannot see
that call is coming to modem (there is no result code RING). When I issue
command ATA while I am calling to modem, modem answers. But it cannot answer
by itself, although I set string ATS0=1. Like it doesn't recognize that call
is coming to it. Is there something else I must set on modem? Or the problem
    is in PBX and line?

Modem experts, any help is very much appreciated!

    Regards,
    Ivana
