My neighbour is writing programs in DOS using the Basic language, he needs
to use the white square character which can be found in Windows and Word
etc. When he try's to copy the character into DOS nothing happens.

Is there any way that the White Square character can be made to appear in a
    DOS environment?

    Thanks
