Does anyone know where I can find the specs on 16 MB DRAM for a Cisco 2500
series router? I mean the specifics of the RAM itself. Here is what I
    know:
    16 MB, 72 pin simms , non-parity, FPM

Is this correct? Need to know if it needs to be 60 ns or 70 ns. I have a
source that has these sticks of both 60 ns and 70 ns at a fairly good price.
Please if anyone can send me a good link I will aprreciate it. Thanks
