Where can I get a stand alone version of Macromedia plugins?

    Hi I want to find a stand alone of the two macromedia plug ins shockwave and
    flash plugins because when I use a different browser I have to download it
    all over again and am trying to avoid this.

    From the Macromedia site, it's been mentioned in previous posts in
    24hshd.
