Recently we have been having a problem with our router dropping out every so
often so yesterday if you paid attention I posted a question about how to
log to a remote server. With this set up I now have ammo with our on-going
problem. Can anyone give me information on the below portion of the log.
This is just before, during, and affter one of those problems which now
shows the router as rebooting. Why is this happening? Since the
216.176.230.74 is my routers address, I wonder if that last packed it
received even though its sopposed to discard it mabe caused a reboot. Is
    this possible?

Updating to a new IOS that may have resolved the Radius problem you're
having might be a good idea.

    Bryan,

Good to hear. Keep an eye on your debugs and see if the Radius is
still encountering the errors. I suspect you'll be ok but there may be
new things that break that weren't broken before. =P Your old IOS was
from 1999 so that kind of tipped me off. I had a similar Radius bug
that got resolved by updating to a newer IOS. Glad it helped you out!

  6. Bryan,

I troubleshot one of the a month ago - There are *many* articles on Cisco's
web site (just do a serach for "bus error" inlcuding the quotes). The
router in question had been reporting bus errors for some time and then it
started reloading by itself then it wouldnt start at all. The basic process
    I followed was this:

    1. Reseated all the hardware in the unit
    2. Upgrade to the latest IOS version
    3. Logged a job with Cisco TAC to fix the hardware

    Regards,

    Scott.
