What is a good key logging program?

    Can anyone recommend a good key logging program for Windows 98/ME? A
    program that will log all keystrokes, do it in stealth mode and have
    the logs viewable in any text program with the logs password
    protected. It would also be best if the program was not a recourse
    hog. Thanks.
