So I have a policy set up disallowing users to change wallpaper and use a
specific corporate wallpaper. Works fine with all the 32-bit installs. But
64-bit, the image shows up when you go to desktop properties, but the color
of the desktop seems to override the pic.

    How can i fix? Thanks!
