W95 Recycle Bin Frozen?

    Anyone know how to fix a problem with the recycle bin not responding
    when double clicked on? Have to go to Ctl ,Alt , Delete to unlock
    frozen screen, but can not empthy trash? Any help will be appreciated.

    Boot into DOS - keep pressing the F8 key at bootup,
    until you get the DOS menu. Choose 'Command Prompt
    Only'. At the prompt type:

    smartdrv
    deltree /y c:\recycled

    This will delete your recycle bin, which will be rebuilt when
    you boot back into Windows.
