It would be useful for all if you would not multi-post and also
    post in the right group.

I don't know... maybe he enjoys pissing off would-be helpful people who
    would otherwise reply.

Perhaps, but he also multi-posted instead of cross-posted.

When someone does this, people often post useless replies, since the thread
is scattered among various newsgroups, and you only see the replies tied to
your particular newsgroup's thread. The question often gets answered
multiple times in these instances, since none of the replying posters sees
the others' replies. A complete waste of time for people simply trying to
    help.

You are (as usual) so right, but at least he is headed in the right
direction. We can surmise in this instance that the OP is learning the ropes
of posting and will catch on before the sun becomes a red giant.

One would certainly hop, but IIRC he or she has posted here before
with other questions and has also multi-posted them too.

    ok Relax everyone.

i try to find the solution, the mean time i post to the relevant group, and
post to the technical group such as mcsa and mcse (i dont think its wrong, i
thought its for mcse and mcsa ppl, as a i have mcsa and mcse i posted here)
anyway i find the solution that (the following steps) now working fine.
    Thanx
    Gopi
1.. In the registry, go to the subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SMTPSVC\Parameters

2.. Add a new DWORD value with the name TarpitTime and a decimal value
registered in seconds. This is the length of time to wait when an error
takes place, as described above. For example, if you set TarpitTime to 5,
wait time will be five seconds.

3.. Stop and restart the SMTP Service.

Good, now in addition to posting in the appropriate group you can cross
post, meaning that you post to two or three groups at once. What you did in
this case was to multipost, posting to many groups individually. When you do
the latter no one knows if you have found your answer. Posting in groups
with a focus on your particular problem will expedite your finding a
solution. Glad your up and running.
